PhD, MBA, Member of the Knauf Insulation Executive Committee, Group Marketing Director and Managing Director of Systems Division

Saša is a chemical engineer holding the PhD in biotechnology and intellectual property. His business and management knowledge and skills have been further developed through MBA program on IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He was working almost 15 years in Lek Pharmaceuticals/Sandoz and he is now already 12 years in Knauf Insulation out of which holding the last 8 years the KI Board and Executive committee position. Majority of his work was focused on development of creative and customer centric cultures in the companies he worked for. In the last years his interest expanded to corporate culture and how to bring it into life. His main learning is that we cannot push and force people to give us their creativity and smartness every morning when they come to work. It is their decision and they are ready to give »themselves at their best« to company only when the feel well. The corporate wellbeing and role of leadership in it is the main area of his focus today.

Okrogla miza: Vloga vodij pri ustvarjanju učečih organizacij in kompetence izobraževalnega managerja

Konkurenčne organizacije so tiste, ki se hitreje vzpenjajo po krivulji znanja. To so organizacije, ki se zavedajo, da je potrebno kompetence zaposlenih graditi in obnavljati vse življenje. Največji izziv pri vzpostavitvi učeče se organizacije je preoblikovanje tacitnega in individualnega znanja v organizacijsko znanje. Učeče se organizacije gradijo trajne konkurenčne prednosti na znanju in intelektualnemu kapitalu in so tako sposobna hitreje zaznati priložnosti in se spoprijemati s krizami.
Na omizju bomo s strokovnjaki za izobraževalni management in managerji prebojnih podjetij razpravljali o pomenu akumulacije znanja v organizacijah in strategijah razvoja učečih se organizacij ter družbe kot celote. Kakšna je pri tem vloga vodij? Naj bo vodja učitelj procesov, mentor ali graditelj skupnosti in povezovalec?
Nenazadnje pa bomo raziskovali tudi, kakšne kompetence naj bi imel izobraževalni manager pri udejanjanju sodobnega modela učeče se organizacije.
